You own it all, from day one
The Mac Mini, your automations, your data and your files live in your office, not on our platform. Your AI subscription is billed directly to you. If we part ways, nothing switches off and nothing needs migrating. It is already yours.
After your 12 months
When a Full Comprehensive agreement completes, nothing expires. Roll on month to month at the same price, renew for another year, or step down to Basic Agent Cover. Everything we built stays with you either way.
After your 30 days
An Ultra Sprint ends with a proper handover: documentation, training, and everything running live on your Mac Mini. There is no obligation to continue. Most businesses roll onto a cover for support, but running it yourself is a real option, not a trap.
Our fair play policy
Terms are agreed in plain English before anything starts. Sprint build lists are locked together in the first week, and changes are agreed, not assumed. Unlimited support is genuinely unlimited for your covered agents, within fair use. Anything outside scope is quoted before we touch it, so there are no surprise invoices.
