We're hiring: AI General Specialist (remote, Philippines-based)
At Talentport we connect skilled Filipino professionals with Australian companies, and this role sits right at the heart of what we do. We're building out the automations and internal tools our group of Australian businesses runs on every day, and we want someone hands-on to own it.
Your core tool will be OpenClaw, our AI agent platform, alongside Claude. Strong, hands-on experience with OpenClaw will put you right at the front of the queue.
You don't need to be a senior developer. You do need to be genuinely fluent with AI agent tools, a fast learner, and the kind of person who turns a rough brief into a working result with AI doing the heavy lifting. If you tinker with new AI tools for fun and love automating repetitive work away, you'll fit right in.
What you'd be doing
• Building and maintaining AI agents, automations and internal tools day to day
• Setting up, configuring and troubleshooting OpenClaw workflows
• Writing and refining prompts for reliable, repeatable output
• Building simple web apps, dashboards and reports
• Researching new AI tools and spotting manual work worth automating
What we're after
• Strong, hands-on experience with OpenClaw (a real advantage)
• Daily experience with AI agent or assistant tools more broadly (Claude, Claude Code or similar)
• Strong prompt-engineering instincts
• Enough technical literacy to read and edit code, use a terminal, and work with APIs and spreadsheets
• Excellent written English, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
The details
• Fully remote, full-time, aligned to Australian business hours (flexible start, say 7am to 3pm)
• PHP 30,000/month, plus 10 days annual and 5 days personal leave
• Real ownership and long-term growth as the role expands
